Steve Wright started his career as a driver delivering all over the UK and Europe. He started work for a Frozen & Chilled transport company called Rokold European in 1987. His role was to collect and deliver in the UK, but as this was a new venture for Rokold it was a bit hit and miss. Steve then asked if he could take the pool car out and see if he could find some more customers, after 2 weeks he had managed to pick up 2 new customers looking for nationwide pallet coverage. This was the start of his career in logistics, he was made dry freight manager and then warehouse manager for dry freight, chilled & frozen.

Since then he has managed depots all over the country, his experience in logistics spans over 20 years.
